Paving Supplies is an Australian-owned business based in Keysborough, Victoria. We supply natural stone pavers, tiles, wall cladding, pool copings, and related products nationwide.

2. Pricing and Payment
2.1. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
2.2. We accept payment by major credit cards, bank transfer, and approved trade accounts.
2.3. Full payment is required before dispatch.
2.4. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
2.5. Prices may change without notice due to exchange rate fluctuations, supplier costs, or freight changes.
3. Orders
3.1. Orders can be placed online, by phone, or by email.
3.2. All orders are subject to product availability.
3.3. Specialty and custom orders require a deposit before production begins. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.
3.4. Orders under $1,000 may incur a $50 handling and packing fee.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We ship Australia-wide from our Keysborough, VIC warehouse.
4.2. Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment clearance.
4.3. Delivery times vary by location. Metro areas generally take 2–5 business days; regional and remote areas may take longer.
4.4. Delivery dates are estimates only — delays caused by freight companies are outside our control.
4.5. Customers must ensure safe delivery access for trucks or forklifts. Additional charges may apply for difficult access.
5. Product Information and Variations
5.1. All product dimensions are nominal (approximate) and may vary by +/- 2mm.
5.2. Natural stone products will vary in colour, tone, texture, and veining — this is a feature, not a defect.
5.3. Minor chips, pitting, and fissures are natural characteristics of stone.
5.4. We recommend blending pavers or tiles from multiple crates before installation for a consistent look.
6. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods
6.1. You must inspect your order on delivery and before installation.
6.2. Any damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
6.3. Once a product has been installed, it is deemed accepted, and no returns or refunds will be processed.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and require prior authorisation.
7.2. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
7.3. Change-of-mind returns may incur a 30% restocking fee plus freight charges.
7.4. Special orders and custom-made items are non-refundable.
7.5. Freight costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, even if delivery was arranged by Paving Supplies.
7.6. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of return approval and inspection.
8. Damaged or Faulty Goods
8.1. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
8.2. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
9. Cancellations
9.1. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our sales team.
9.2. Special orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
10. Warranty and Liability
10.1. We guarantee our products are fit for purpose at the time of sale.
10.2. We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
10.3. Installation must comply with Australian Standards and use appropriate adhesives and sealers.
10.4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the goods purchased.
11. Privacy
11.1. Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11.2. We use your details for order processing, delivery arrangements, and customer communication.
