Refunds and Returns Policy

At Paving Supplies, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our refunds and returns policy is designed to be simple and transparent to ensure your experience is smooth and hassle-free.

Change of Mind Returns

Please choose carefully when placing your order. Refunds for change of mind or specialty orders may not always be available after the order is placed. If a return is accepted, it must be initiated within a reasonable timeframe, and the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Returns for change of mind may be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus any delivery charges.

Specialty or Custom Orders

Custom and specialty non-stock items may not be eligible for return. These items are typically non-refundable once the order is placed. Please contact us if you have any concerns about a specific item.

Installed Products

Once the products have been installed, they are deemed accepted, and no returns or refunds will be processed. Please ensure you inspect the products before installation, as any issues or defects must be reported prior to installation.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Be sure to document the issue with photos, preferably while the product is still in its original packaging.

Delivery and Liability

We aim to ensure timely delivery of your order; however, Paving Supplies is not liable for any delays or damages that occur once the goods leave our premises. Once the products are in transit, the responsibility is with the customer.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at 0485 973 049 or email sales@pavingsupplies.com.au. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. All returns require prior authorization.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
