Diamond Black granite pavers, also sold as Carbon Black, are a dense charcoal-black stone with an exfoliated (flamed) finish that keeps grip underfoot even when wet. Sizes are 600x400mm in 20mm for covered areas and 30mm for outdoor paving, driveways and pool surrounds.

Black granite is the strongest paving stone we stock. At 30mm on a concrete base it carries vehicle loads, and the flamed texture meets the slip resistance a pool surround needs. The colour runs through the full body of the stone, so chips and wear do not expose a different shade, and UV will not fade it. One note for full sun: dark granite absorbs heat, so around pools many customers run Diamond Black as a border or coping accent against a lighter field stone.
