Orders and Shipping
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse. Delivery times vary by location, but metro areas in NSW, VIC, and QLD generally receive goods within 2–5 business days. Regional and remote deliveries may take longer.
You can place an order directly through our website by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout, or by contacting our sales team with your product requirements. For trade orders, a purchase order number or reference is required.
Yes, samples are available for most stone products. Colours and finishes can vary between batches, so samples should be used as a guide only.
Yes, we deliver to all states and territories. We use trusted third-party freight companies and will confirm shipping costs at checkout or in your sales order.
Shipping is based on weight, crate volume, and delivery location. Orders under $1,000 may incur a $50 packing fee.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details from our freight partner.
We aim to ship all items in one delivery. In some cases, orders may be split if products are stored in different warehouses.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery or pickup, provided the goods are in original, unused condition. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee (minimum $250), and all freight costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.
Contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and organise collection of the incorrect goods.
Inspect all items upon delivery. If there is damage, note it on the delivery docket and contact us immediately with photos. Claims cannot be accepted after the product has been laid.
All returns must be authorised before sending to our Wetherill Park, NSW warehouse. We will provide instructions once your return request is approved.
Changes or cancellations are possible only before your order is packed or shipped. Special orders and custom products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update your address. Additional freight charges may apply for redelivery.
No. Once products have been installed, they are deemed accepted and cannot be returned.
